How much is a lunch?

Full-priced lunches are $3.00 each at Eagle Prep and $2.85 at Eagle Harmony.  Reduced-price is $0.40 each at both schools. Free and Reduced-price applications are available at the front office. You may apply any time throughout the school year. If you have questions or need help with your application, call Marianne Welker 602-323-5400 for Eagle Prep students. Call Ebony Johnson at 602-268-1212 for Eagle Harmony students.

 

How do I order lunches?

  1. Click on your child's name on top of the tool bar.
  2. The calendar will appear. 
  3. All menu items are listed.  Some words do not appear in their entirety.  Scroll over the words listed and the entire description will appear.
  4. Click on the box for each meal you'd like to order.  You may remove a selection by clicking on the box for that day to remove the checkmark.
  5. Click on "Add to Lunches To Cart" at the bottom of the page.
  6. Repeat steps 1-5 for each child you wish to order for.
  7. Click on "Proceed To Checkout" at the bottom of the page.
  8. Review the entire list of lunches selected for purchase, making sure each child is listed individually with each meal ordered under the child's name.
  9. Click on "Finalize Order" at the bottom of the page.
  10. If you were approved for free lunches, your order is complete. If you were approved for free lunches and you are asked to provide payment information, DO NOT enter payment information. Call the main office for assistance. If you are qualified for reduced price or pay full price, complete credit/debit card payment information.
  11. Watch for a receipt to appear with a 6-digit order # at the top of the page. This confirms that the order was placed.

 

My lunches are supposed to be reduced-price or free but I am getting charged full-price for lunches ordered,  What do I do?

Can I cancel lunches ordered?

You can cancel ordered lunches with 24 hours notice or more.  If your child is absent on a day lunch is purchased, there will be no refunds issued, since we will have already ordered the lunch from our caterer and paid for it


Do I have to pay with credit/debit card?

It is encouraged, but not required.  You may pay in full in the school office with exact cash or check. Please be sure to write the student's name on the payment and specify that it is for lunches.

 

What is your privacy policy?

We will not sell or disclose any contact information submitted through our site to any third party.  All personal information will be kept confidential. We do not keep credit/debit card or bank account numbers on file. We will only use your contact information to correspond with you about important matters concerning our lunch program.
